James Ray Hardy ( U. S. Army Medical Detachment )

Missing in Action ( captured in Italy ) then later declared POW. Was a prisoner of war at Stalag 7-A in Germany. Liberated on April 30, 1945. Given the Bronze Star Medal for Bravery.
He will always be my hero..
